1. 有较强的技术能力，善于攻坚克难，解决项目进行中的技术难题。有能力进行多肽工艺开发，技术转移，数据分析和项目汇报。 Strong technical ability, good at problem solving. Capable of peptide process development, technology transfer, data analysis, and project reporting. 2. 熟悉多肽药物研发生产的流程。熟悉GMP概念和流程，能够指导团队，协调采购，QA，QC，和生产部门进行生产。 Familiar with the workflow of peptide drug substance process development and manufacturing. Familiar with GMP concepts and workflow, able to guide teams, coordinate procurement, QA, QC, and production departments for manufacturing. 3. 领导2个以上小组，大于15人的多肽工艺研发团队。负责团队的日常管理。 Lead a peptide process development team consisting of 2 or more groups and more than 15 members. Responsible for the daily management of the team. 项目管理和客户管理 4. 同时管理6个以上早期研发项目或者1-2个后期研发项目。同时管理1个以上关键客户。确保项目按时完成，满足质量要求和成本控制。 Simultaneously manage 6 or more early-stage R&D projects or 1-2 late-stage R&D projects. Manage one or more key account. Ensure the project is completed on time, meeting quality requirements and cost control. 5. 负责提炼、管理、分析关键数据，书写相关报告，并向领导层或客户作汇报。能够用英语与客户书面和口头流利交流。 Responsible for extracting, managing, and analyzing key data, writing relevant reports, and reporting to leadership or clients. Capable of fluent written and oral communication with clients in English.
