DMPK - Senior Study Director/Project Manager

1. Monitor and manage non-clinical ADME-PK studies and integrated drug discovery to development programs 2. Communicate proactively with clients and propose ADME-PK study designs/program strategies to address key technical issues or potential risks 3. Work as a study director on each study including but not limited to below list,  Prepare high quality study protocol/design  Lead the internal meeting for scientific discussion and share study information clearly and in time  Oversee data collection, interpretation, analysis, documentation and results reporting  Deliver feedback and report to clients in a timely manner and maintain good relationship with existing clients 4. Work directly with all levels of management to address key technology information or lead scientific discussion cross-functional teams/departments 5. Be able to consolidate in vitro/in vivo data, and present in DMPK program review. Invite advices and advocate scientific discussions as needed 6. Work with sales/marketing team on business development
