有机合成高级研究员 (Senior Scientist)-武汉

1、负责相关项目的文献查阅，以及审阅下级研究人员的图谱。确保完成部分项目合成路线的合理设计； Search literature for related projects, analyze the spectrums from junior scientists, design feasible routes for part of the projects. 2、根据设计好的方案，进行人员、试剂等实验资源的统筹安排； Arrange the resource according to the well-designed plans, including human resource, reagent resource, etc. 3、负责监督项目进展，对出现的问题给予及时的解决； Supervise the progress of projects, help solve the project issues in time. 4、参加与客户的工作汇报会议和基本的客户交流； Involve in the working conference with client, in charge of basic communication. 5、对下级员工的工作给予指导，并对其进行必要的培训； Provide work instruction to the junior scientists, organize necessary training for the members. 6、按规范书写实验记录、实验报告及客户报告。 Provide professional experimental record, regular report and final report upon the principles.
