岗位职责

I. Recruitment 1.1 According to the company's establishment and employment needs, formulate annual and monthly recruitment plan and implementation; 1.2 Prepare and release recruitment information, maintain and expand recruitment channels (including network platform, campus recruitment, headhunting recruitment, social recruitment, etc.); 1.3 Screening resumes, organizing interviews, coordinating and arranging the preliminary examination, retesting and hiring; 1.4 Follow up the on-boarding process (background check, issue offer notice, on-boarding guidance, etc.); 1.5 Establish and maintain talent pool and track the reserve of key positions; 1.6 Regularly analyze recruitment data, optimize the recruitment process and improve recruitment efficiency. 2.Training 2.1 Assist in the development of annual training program and follow up the implementation; 2.2 Organize new employee induction training, job skills training, comprehensive training courses; 2.3 Assist in internal trainer team building, lecture arrangement, course evaluation and data archiving; 2.4 Participate in training supplier management and external course docking. 3.
