Aftermarket Technical Engineer

1.Responsible for on-site service support of Pack project and troubleshooting and handling of problems during operation; 2.Monitor and maintain the operation status of Pack system, respond to fault information in time and analyze and solve it; 3.Participate in Pack system related technical exchange meetings and assist in solving technical service problems in the project; 4.Perform regular inspections of Pack system to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system; 5.Assist project manager to prepare after-sales service summary report, cooperate with sales to complete customer satisfaction survey; 6.Complete other after-sales and technical support related tasks arranged by superiors.
