Job Title: Export Sales Executive Location: Changping, Dongguan, China Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Export Sales Manager About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven and resourceful Sales Executive to join our Export Sales team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for following up with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing needs are met, and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently and possesses sound judgment to make informed decisions in day-to-day customer management. Key Responsibilities: Follow up closely with existing customers on orders, inquiries, and after-sales matters. Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Handle the full order process, including quotation, order confirmation, production follow-up, and delivery coordination. Communicate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Prepare and verify sales-related documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents. Monitor customer feedback and market changes, and report insights to the supervisor. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, using sound judgment. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Work independently to manage daily tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Requirements: College degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or export-related roles. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
