职位名称：亚太区技术销售支持助理 所属部门：进出口事业部 汇报对象：亚太区技术总监 工作地点：成都或上海（需不定期出差） 1. 销售技术支持 · 执行活性物原料的稳定性与配伍性实验，并完成提案用体验样品（Demo Formula）的制备 · 支持销售团队响应客户日常技术咨询，内容涵盖产品 INCI 名称、理化指标、配伍性、稳定性及功效宣称依据等 · 编制并维护产品技术文档（TDS、COA、MSDS/SDS、宣称依据及功效数据包），确保版本统一、随时可供客户调用 · 配合法规团队准备化妆品原料注册/备案所需技术资料（如 IECIC 目录、新原料申报，以及东盟、日韩、欧盟、美国等出口市场的合规文件） · 参与客户拜访与线上会议，承担技术讲解、配方演示及会议纪要整理，并跟进技术遗留问题的闭环 · 与研发、质量、供应链及市场部门保持高效沟通，推动客户需求在公司内部落地 · 协助整理客户投诉与质量反馈，参与根因分析与改进闭环 2. 样品与技术资料管理 · 负责客户样品申请、寄送安排及使用反馈跟踪 · 协助处理订单相关技术文件（质检报告、合规声明、规格书更新） 3. 技术推广与市场支持 · 支持亚太区行业展会、技术研讨会及客户技术培训，协助制作技术演示资料与应用案例 · 收集竞品动态与市场技术情报，输出活性物应用趋势及配方方向建议，支持新品上市推广 · 维护客户技术需求与项目进展记录，定期向亚太区技术总监汇报项目状态

1. 硕士及以上学历，化学、应用化学、药学、生物技术、材料科学、食品科学等相关专业 2. 具备 3 年及以上化妆品/个护配方应用、功效宣称支持、客制化解决方案、新产品开发或技术销售支持等相关工作经验 3. 具备跨文化协作能力，理解亚太区不同国家和地区的市场与文化差异 4. 可以英语作为工作语言，听说读写流利，能独立与亚太区客户及海外同事沟通 5. 熟悉化妆品原料法规体系者优先 6. 具备实验数据整理、技术文稿撰写与演示能力，熟练使用 Office 办公软件 7. 可接受亚太区出差（约 20%），适应跨时区沟通 8. 欢迎高潜力应届毕业生投递，表现优秀者可放宽资历限制 Position: APAC Technical Sales Support Assistant Department: Import & Export Division Reports to: APAC Technical Director Location: Chengdu or Shanghai (occasional travel required) Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Sales Support · Run stability and compatibility tests on active ingredients and prepare demo formulas for proposals · Support the sales team on day-to-day customer technical enquiries, covering INCI names, physicochemical specifications, compatibility, stability and claim substantiation · Prepare and maintain product technical documents (TDS, COA, MSDS/SDS, claim substantiation and efficacy data packages), keeping versions aligned and customer-ready · Work with the regulatory team to compile technical dossiers for cosmetic ingredient registration/filing (e.g. IECIC listing, new ingredient notification, and compliance documents for ASEAN, Japan, Korea, the EU and the US) · Join customer visits and online meetings to deliver technical presentations and formulation demos, take minutes and follow open technical issues through to closure · Communicate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Marketing to translate customer needs into internal action · Help consolidate customer complaints and quality feedback, and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions 2. Sample and Technical Document Management · Manage customer sample requests, shipment arrangements and usage feedback · Support order-related technical documents (inspection reports, compliance statements, specification updates) 3. Technical Promotion and Marketing Support · Support APAC trade shows, technical seminars and customer training, and help produce technical presentations and application cases · Track competitor moves and market technical intelligence, and provide insights on active ingredient trends and formulation directions for new product launches · Maintain records of customer technical needs and project progress, and report status regularly to the APAC Technical Director Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Food Science or a related field 2. 3+ years of experience in cosmetic/personal care formulation application, claim substantiation, customized solutions, new product development or technical sales support 3. Cross-cultural collaboration skills, with a good understanding of market and cultural differences across Asia Pacific 4. Able to use English as a working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to work independently with APAC customers and overseas colleagues 5.
