Job description He or she is responsible to lead the in vivo pharmacology team to provide scientific services to enable drug discovery and development against cancer and other disease areas Key responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the pharmacology business. 2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of scientists and researchers with positive energy. 4. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. 5. Envision scientific breakthrough and industry trends, and build up new pharmacological capabilities accordingly. 6. Work closely with other functions and senior management to align strategies and form synergy.
