You will be instrumental in leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and drive transformative results, specifically in pharmaceutical development applications. Your role will involve deep dive into Biology/Testing business workflow and daily operations, utilizing AI tools, AI agents, data technology and other relevant expertise to address complex needs with agility. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various domains, delivering advanced AI solutions tailored to their specific requirements, and ensuring practical implementation in BU’s actual work scenarios. KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES: 1. Apply LLM, AI Agents, agentic workflows, data processing products and pipelines, etc. to swiftly and effectively meet the unique demands of biology/lab testing scenarios, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving transformative results. 2. Integrate domain knowledge, human experience, and business workflows into AI solutions to address real challenges in pharmacology and industry applications related to biology/lab testing. 3. Work within the setting of biology/lab testing business units to understand their specific needs and provide tailored AI solutions, ensuring practical implementation and tangible results for efficiency improvement and business insights. 4. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and continuously improve AI applications to maintain cutting-edge solutions in the biology and testing fields. 5. Process biology and lab testing AI-ready data and engage in basic AI model training to optimize performance and address complex needs with agility.
