Senior Scientist in Organic Synthesis

1. According to the project needs, independently consult the literatures and plan the synthetic route; 2. Be skilled in completing chemical reactions, scientifically analyzing and solving problems encountered in experiments; 3. Solve the technical synthesis problems and develop new synthesis strategies and methods; 4. Independent or leading R & D team to advance challenging projects and ensure project schedule; 5. Accurately and completely write the test record and test report; 6. Assist the superior to complete the project progress report and participate in the communication with customers; 7. Guide and train young researchers to promote the scientific development and technological innovation of the team; 8.
