Position Purpose:
Develop and implement the company's global talent acquisition strategy, leading the establishment and continuous optimization of a data-driven, candidate-centric, and high-performance global recruitment CoE (center-of-excellence). By leveraging a superior operational framework, innovative recruitment methodologies, and cutting-edge technological tools, this role will fully support the company's business growth by talent strategy from top-tier talent attraction, recruitment, and retention worldwide.
Report Line: Vice President, Human Resource
Main Responsibilities:
Design and execute a global recruitment strategy that is closely aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Establish and continuously optimize global recruitment processes, policies, and quality standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices.
Serve as a strategic partner in recruitment, working closely with senior leaders and HR business partners across global business units to gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide forward-thinking talent insights and solutions.
Take full ownership of end-to-end global recruitment process management, from role requisition to candidate onboarding, consistently improving recruitment speed and quality.
Define, monitor, and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., average time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, offer acceptance rate), utilizing data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance recruitment efficiency and ROI.
Own the global applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., AI screening tools, CRM, assessment tools).
Explore the cutting-edge recruitment technologies and innovative approaches (e.g., AI-enabled tools, data analytics, diversity recruitment solutions) to enhance the recruitment team's capabilities & efficiency.
Ensure the integrity, security, and reportability of recruitment data.
Oversee the company’s employer branding
Create a world-class, consistent, and personalized candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, strengthening the company’s employer branding.
Develop effective candidate relationship management strategies to build and maintain proactive talent pools.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure recruitment messaging is fully aligned with the company’s employer brand value proposition.
Manage the recruitment vendors, including but not limited to headhunters, background check providers, and job platforms.
Lead end-to-end campus recruitment program management and execution.
Execute senior-level and executive recruitment.
Drive capability-building initiatives within the recruitment team to enhance the team operational efficiency.
