Responsibilities： 1. Comply with company rules and regulations, follow the supervisor's work arrangements, and be able to complete the experimental progress with quality and quantity on time; 2. Independently perform in vivo pharmacology experiments according to the protocol, including tumor inoculation (subcutaneous and orthotopic), compound preparations, administration (IV, PO, IP, SC, etc.), tumor volume measurement, animal dissection, and tissue sampling; 3. Compliantly maintain experimental records, analyze experimental data, write experimental reports in both Chinese and English, and complete data archiving. Regularly report project progress as required; 4. Communicate pharmacology and efficacy research projects with domestic and international clients based on project needs, complete project signing, assist clients in resolving issues that arise during the project, undertake troubleshooting tasks, and deliver high-quality project data; 5. Participate in the daily operation and maintenance of the laboratory and instrument management, excel at identifying and solving problems encountered in projects or the laboratory, and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
