Preclinical Research Management: Familiar with preclinical in vivo and in vitro research and drug evaluation strategies for Neurological diseases (AD, PD, Pain, Epilepsy, ALS, Huntington, etc.). Responsible for the overall management of preclinical efficacy & PKPD & toxicity research in neurological disorders, including the formulation of study plans, evaluation methods, scientific quality control, progress management, and solving key technical problems. Project Management and Client Interaction: Participate in project operations management, including client interface, experimental design, scheduling, data collection, and analysis. Skilled in identifying and solving laboratory issues to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, enhancing the platform's reputation and expanding cooperation depth. Team Leadership and Development: Build, train, guide, and manage a high-performing research team. Foster talent development through mentoring and structured training programs. Platform Development: Expand and develop the Disease pharmacological evaluation technology platform for neurological disease in accordance with innovative drug development guidelines and quality standards. Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of international advancements, particularly new platforms and technologies, to reduce development risks and improve team efficiency in drug evaluation.
