1. Lead discussions with clients, understand their needs and prepare tailored proposals to address their needs. 2. Plan and manage integrated projects involving internal teams from different departments including in vitro, in vivo, chemistry and DMPK/tox. 3. Plan and manage internal R&D projects to develop and enhance the metabolic in vitro pharmacology platform and capabilities. 4. Analyze current scientific and technical challenges, propose solutions and implement them. 5. Source and manage relationships, and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of outsource providers and collaborators. 6. Strive to enhance team’s performance through effective and efficient management of resources. 7. Work with domestic and overseas BD teams to address client concerns and increase client win rate. 8. Play active roles in preparing study protocols and reports. Document scientific findings and write manuscripts and patents.
