IVBU-Cell-based Assay Senior Specialist

1. Independently manage the entire life cycle of cell experiment projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, coordinate internal experimental resources, and ensure projects achieve scientific goals and meet client expectations within budget and deadlines. Prior experience in cell line construction is a plus. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both domestic and international, engaging in professional and efficient daily communication. Proactively understand and accurately capture clients’ scientific needs, provide expert recommendations on experimental design, and regularly update clients on project progress, data, and key milestones. 3. Prepare and lead various client meetings related to projects, such as kick-off meetings and protocol discussion sessions. Clearly and logically present complex scientific data, facilitate professional discussions, and reach consensus with clients on project plans, results, and follow-up actions. 4. Based on client requirements, collaborate with internal scientist teams to lead, or actively participate in the design and review of cell-based experimental protocols. Prepare clear project proposals and technical documentation to ensure the scientific rigor and feasibility of experimental designs.
