IVBU-Senior Researcher in Engineering Cell Line Development

1. Proficient in plasmid vector design and construction strategies, skilled in sequence alignment and analysis techniques, with extensive experience in designing sgRNA and shRNA/siRNA. 2. Establish cell-based in vitro evaluation methods to assess the biological activity of compounds. 3. Participate in the entire process of cell line construction projects, including CRISPR-mediated gene editing and the generation of stable cell lines via lentiviral infection. 4. Participate in cell line validation, develop, and validate relevant experimental methods (e.g., CTG, TPD, RT-qPCR, Western Blot, FACS) tailored to different cell lines. Proactively explore cutting-edge new technologies, methods, or tools. 5. Conduct functional experiments using standard passaged cell lines or genetically edited cells to validate the degradation effects of PROTAC molecules and investigate their mechanisms of action. 6. Accurately and timely complete laboratory notebooks in both Chinese and English. Prepare experimental reports in both Chinese and English. 7. Participate in the daily operation, maintenance, and instrument management of BSL-2 laboratory.
