1. Familiar with Cell Culture and Quality Control: Experienced in iPSC routine maintenance, expansion, and cryopreservation of different types of cells, including 2D and 3D culture systems. Regularly assess cell differentiation status and quality through marker expression analysis 2. Familiar with Model Characterization and Functional Validation: Comprehensively characterize the phenotype and function of differentiated cells or other cells using molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, microscopic analysis). 3. Experimental Design and Data Analysis: Experienced in experiments design and assay development, comprehensively perform data analysis. 4. Client Interaction: Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing scientific support. Translate client requirements into feasible experimental designs and ensure timely project delivery.
