1. Cell Culture and Quality Control: Independently perform routine maintenance, expansion, and cryopreservation of different types of cells, including 2D and 3D culture systems. Check cell marker periodically to evaluate cell differentiation status. 2. Model Characterization and Functional Validation: Comprehensively characterize the phenotype and function of differentiated cells or other cells using molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, microscopic analysis). 3. Experimental Design and Data Analysis: Independently design experiments, maintain detailed records in both Chinese and English, perform data analysis, and clearly present project reports. 4. Laboratory maintenance: participate in the daily operation, maintenance, and equipment management of laboratory.
