Global Techncial Director, Large Moledule Bioanalytical Services

Duties include, but are not limited to, supervision of and participation in the following: • Applies scientific and technical expertise for assigned large molecule bioanalysis and consulting services including potential project assessment and technical discussions. Provide responses in client RFI and RFP and address relevant questions. • Manages projects in an organized and efficient manner ensuring on-time delivery and a high quality work product. • Responsible for all aspects of assigned studies and projects including study analysis, data interpretation and reporting of results. • Employs critical thinking and problem solving skills to ensure research, studies and consulting products are comprehensive and of high quality. • Position performs responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and WuXi AppTec policies and standard operating procedures. • Applies effective communication techniques, clearly convey results and outcomes in an understandable fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. • Interacts with clients/sponsors via trade shows, symposiums, professional associations and the occasional client meeting. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, applicable guidelines and regulations. • Performs special projects and/or act as study director as required
