Senior Medical Technologist

1. Perform laboratory tests following existed SOP. 2. Validate the assay with other MT to assist the project management. 3. Work with Project Manager to assist the project management, including but not limited to TCs, testing, write plan and/or report. 4. Create/update SOPs following the CAP, CLIA, GLP regulations. 5. Platform daily operation and maintenance. 6. Be familiar with specimen reception, LIMS system using, as well as specimen handover and testing (including PT/EQA samples). 7. Review logbooks, daily records and patient results. 8. Independently responsible for projects with PMs. 9. Other tasks assigned by Section Director and General Supervisor.
