Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Scientist or Associate Senior Scientist to join our dynamic discovery team. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, execute, and analyze high-throughput screening campaigns aimed at identifying novel hits and leads of varied modalities including conventional small molecules, covalent compounds, molecular glues, PROTACs, and bioconjugate therapeutics (AXCs and XDCs). The ideal candidate should have experience in HTS technologies, assay development, and data analysis, coupled with a decent understanding of bioconjugate drug discovery. You will play a pivotal role in running HTS campaigns using a large variety of assay types as well as establishing an advanced Direct-to-Biology (D2B) screening platform tailored for bioconjugate drug discovery. Key Responsibilities:  Design, optimize, validate, and execute biochemical (e.g., ADP-Glo, HTRF, LanthaScreen, GSH reactivity), cellular biology (e.g., HiBiT, NanoBRET, cell viability assays), and molecular biology (cAMP-Glo, qPCR, ELISA) HTS assays for different drug modalities, utilizing diverse detection technologies (e.g., microplate fluorescence and luminescence readings, high-content imaging, flow cytometry, qPCR).  Develop innovative screening assays and strategies tailored to the unique pharmacology and mode-of-action of bioconjugates.  Operate state-of-art HTS instrumentation, liquid handling systems, and automation systems to ensure robust and reproducible screening data.  Perform data analysis using data analysis software.  Collaborate closely with medicinal chemistry and bioconjugation teams to interpret screening results, design follow-up experiments, and drive workflow optimization.  Maintain detailed electronic laboratory notebooks, prepare technical reports, and present findings at internal meetings.  Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in HTS strategies and bioconjugate drug discovery.
