Key responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the in vitro assay or screening business in Metabolic disease field. 2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of scientists and researchers with positive energy. 4. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. 5. Envision scientific breakthrough and industry trends, and build up new pharmacological capabilities accordingly. 6. Work closely with other functions and senior management to align strategies and form synergy. 7. Actively participating in BD and marketing activities to advance platform business.
