Key Responsibility • Design, execute, and evaluate strategies of an oligonucleotide biology platform. • Develop and enhance the oligonucleotide drug discovery platform and capability. • Lead the team to resolve scientific and technical challenges. • Source and manage relationships, and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of outsource providers and collaborators. • Lead team personnel to achieve the objectives and to develop the capabilities. • Strive to enhance team’s performance through effective and efficient management of resources. • Advice and develop BD strategies through working with the supervisor and BD teams. • Document scientific findings and write manuscripts and patents.
