Director of Bioconjugation Chemist

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished PhD in Medicinal Chemistry with a robust foundation and extensive research experience in bioconjugation to join our drug discovery team. This role will primarily focus on leading the design, synthesis, and optimization of bioconjugation techniques, aiming to drive the development of innovative bioconjugation technologies and therapeutic solutions. Location: Shanghai, China Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the design and execution of bioconjugation experiments. 2. Develop and implement structural modifications and conduct activity assays for bioconjugation. 3. Oversee the writing of research reports and the performance of data analysis. 4. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 5. Represent the organization at scientific conferences and contribute to the body of knowledge through publications and presentations.
