Head/Scientific Director of ADC Discovery

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Head/Scientific Director of ADC Discovery to lead our ADC technology platform team in a leading CRO. This role focuses on building, optimizing and expanding our ADC discovery platform, delivering high-quality customizable services to global clients, and acting as the key technical liaison between the team and clients. As a core R&D leadership member, you will drive platform innovation, ensure service alignment with client needs, and strengthen our competitive edge in the ADC CRO market. Deep ADC expertise, platform development experience, excellent client communication and CRO team leadership track record are required. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the ADC platform team to build a client-focused, high-performing culture, drive technical excellence and ensure efficient service delivery. • Develop, optimize and expand the ADC discovery platform (antibody engineering, linker-payload design, conjugation, efficacy evaluation, analytical methods) to enhance service capabilities and competitiveness. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for key clients: understand needs, provide professional consulting, develop customized solutions and maintain long-term relationships. • Oversee client project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client requirements and quality standards; proactively address technical inquiries and resolve issues. • Stay updated on ADC technology and CRO industry trends, integrate cutting-edge methods to innovate and expand service offerings. • Collaborate cross-functionally (project management, QA, business development) to align platform capabilities with client needs and support business growth. • Manage platform budgets and resources, balancing innovation, cost-effectiveness and service efficiency. • Mentor team members to enhance their technical and client service skills, building a strong, sustainable ADC platform team.
