Peptide In Vitro Assay Group Leader

We are in search of a peptide-focused assay development group leader with both technical and people management responsibilities: 1. Internal R&D work: Follow cutting-edge technology and new trends in field for technology development. Need to work collaboratively with other groups for integrated project. 2. Group management： facilitate technology team management for daily work arrangement. 3. Client service: facilitate group in client engagement, proposal drafting, project execution, data analysis/QC and reporting responsibilities.
