1. 有志于投资银行工作； 2. 有良好的团队协作精神； 3. 第一学历为会计、财务管理或相关专业毕业。CPA考试通过会计单科； 4. 具有良好英语及文字表达能力； 5. 工作年限2年以上； 6. 能够处理高强度、长周期的项目。 China YX is a boutique advisory firm focused exclusively on assisting Chinese companies with U.S. IPOs (NASDAQ / NYSE). We work closely with leading international law firms, accounting firms, and U.S. underwriters on cross-border capital markets transactions. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a bilingual Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial analysis, due diligence, and U.S. IPO project execution. Job Responsibilities 1. Assist and advise client companies in enhancing their financial management and reporting in accordance with U.S. listing requirements, prepare consolidated financial statements for IPO purposes, and coordinate with auditors throughout the audit process. 2. Conduct financial due diligence on client companies and prepare due diligence reports and other related materials. 3. Develop financial models for client companies based on comprehensive financial and business analysis. 4. Support project execution, including managing project timelines and key deliverables. Qualifications 1. Strong interest in pursuing a career in investment banking. 2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. Passing the Accounting subject of the PRC CPA examination is required. 4. Good command of English, with strong written communication skills. 5. At least two years of relevant work experience. 6. Ability to perform effectively in a high-intensity, project-driven work environment.
