岗位职责
1. Business Management: The job family is sales, responsible for the sales target management of the PMLS product in HK & Macau & Taiwan, formulate and implement the sales strategy, and complete the sales target; Cooperate with the regional teams, follow up and implement the 4P strategy (product, channel, price and promotion);
2. Professional Empowerment: Responsible to manage and fulfill the empowerment of the regional internal team, channel and end-user training, focusing but not limited to product, clinical and competitive training (empowering internal and external teams).
3. Sales support: Routine product and technical support for internal and external teams. Assist regional key customers, and large projects, and coordinate headquarter resources to meet sales and/or strategic targets.
4. Clinical promotion:Assist and guide clinical and marketing teams to carry out clinical value-oriented marketing activities, including but not limited to support exhibitions, academic conferences;
