Component Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1. Abnormal components found during the production process are followed up on and handled appropriately. 2. Responsible forcreating and reviewing Material Part Numbers; 3. Responsible for approving electronic components. a) Components such as micro-controllers (MCU), ARM processors, digital signal processors (DSP), logic control chips, and communication interface chips are examples of IC devices. b) Power devices: IGBT, SiC, rectifier bridge, electrolytic capacitor, thin film capacitor, relay, heat dissipation device, inductor, transformer-type device, terminal, interface device, etc. c) Semiconductors for low-power applications include MOSFETs, transistors, diodes, TVS, varistors, operational amplifiers, optocouplers, etc.4. Responsible for device selection and quality control; 4. Responsible for the role of a Gatekeeper during device selection. 5. Conduct research on low-cost manufacturing technology and new materials to reduce costs. 6. Ensure product quality control and conduct factory audits. Qualification requirements 1. College degree or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. 2. Over 5 years of applicable work experience. 3. Familiar with the characteristics of electronic materials and electronic components and mastering the knowledge required for electronic component confirmation. 4. Well-versed in performance testing, reliability verification, comprehensive evaluation, and material approval of electronic components. 5. Good English reading and writing skills. 6. Preference will be given to candidates with specific hardware design experience. 7. Experience with ISO9001/IATF16949 system concepts, and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. 8. Has a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, positive work ethic, and excellent independent work ability.
