1. 负责承研项目的整体策划与实施，包括但不限于制定执行策略、项目计划、团队组建、预算控制及外包合作的全流程统筹与组织工作。Responsible for the overall planning and execution of automotive design projects, including but not limited to the whole-process coordination and organization of execution strategy formulation, project planning, team founding, budget control and outsourcing collaboration. 2. 独立推进项目落地执行，协调各方资源，保障项目按计划顺利开展，达成预期目标。Independently carry forward project execution and coordinate resources to ensure the project proceeds smoothly according to the plan and achieves preset targets. 3. 主动识别项目过程中的设计变更、资源短缺及潜在风险等问题，及时预警并提出应对方案，协同项目管理团队推动解决。Proactively identify issues such as design changes, resource shortages and other potential risks during the project. Provide timely warnings, propose countermeasures and collaborate with the project management team for solutions. 4.主导项目总结与复盘工作，推动经验沉淀与案例积累，形成可复用的知识资产。Lead project summaries and reviews to collect experience and accumulate cases, forming reusable knowledge assets. 5. 系统记录项目执行中的关键数据，包括进度、成本、资源、风险及设计变更等信息，确保信息准确可追溯。Systematically record key date during project execution, covering information such as schedule, cost, resources, risks and design changes, to ensure information accuracy and traceability. 6.协助团队管理者做好多项目统筹，资源盘点，内外部对接解决问题。Assist the team manager in multi-project coordination, resource inventory, and internal & external communication to resolve problems. 7.协助开展流程体系、标准规范等体系制定和优化。To support on the process, standards making and optimization. 8.支持所服务团队的日常管理事项。Support the daily management affairs of the served team.
