产品质量经理 Product Quality Manager

Purpose of position 职位目的 · Manage quality in product development projects · Quality responsibility for defined product portfolio · Improve continuously the quality system including key business processes Minimum experience & qualifications 岗位要求 1. University degree majoring in mechanical or material engineering 2. 10+ years’ experience mostly in Quality Management, operational background in either quality, development, project management, fastening technology experience will be a plus 3. Familiar with international quality and environmental standards, 3 plus years of professional quality or adequate experience in an international business setting, automotive industry experience will be a plus 4. Knowledge,experience and ideally certification in state-of-the-art methods and tools of quality and process management (e.g. APQP, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, DFM, MSA etc…) 5. Good understanding and experience in minimum one of the technologies: metal forming, stamping & bending, heat treatment or zinc plating / surface treatment. 6. Drive quality standards in plant and external partners in collaboration with SQE, including requirements, contracting, auditing, and improvements. 7. Good communication skills to bring clarity and get alignment with relevant stakeholders to ensure quality requirement implemented. 8. Fluent in English (oral and written) 9. Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability Responsibilities 职位职责 10. Accountable for the quality of defined product portfolio by a. Managing Quality in product development projects including risk management and product releases b. Putting forward the value of quality to long term customer satisfaction and inspiring development teams to see quality as added value c. Leading product complaint handling, including root-cause analysis and related communication to markets d. Monitoring and analyzing product quality in the markets and deriving improvement measures 11. Drive cross functional and cross organizational projects for continuous improvements of processes and Quality systems 12. Act as the goalkeeper and safeguard the projects and products with solid quality mindset
