岗位职责

1. 学习并掌握门店的基础运营知识及运作流程 Learn and master core store operations and workflows. 2. 熟悉0-1建店流程,根据新店开业计划,合理安排和跟进建店相关工作。确保店铺在计划日期可正常运营 Manage the end-to-end new store opening process, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule for a smooth launch. 3. 深度参与各海外市场的门店运营管理工作,协助海外市场门店落实运营的门店标准及人员赋能培训 Support overseas store operations by implementing operational standards and delivering staff training programs. 4. 参与市场的本地化运营策略方案的制定, 识别存在问题,建立指标监控机制 Assist in developing localized operational strategies, identify operational challenges, andestablish KPI monitoring systems. 5. 规划店铺货盘:收集店铺需求,制定货盘规划方案,绘制店铺布局图,设定库存管理策略 Plan and optimize store merchandise layouts, including gathering requirements, creating layout plans, and setting inventory management strategies. 6. 制定及监督执行门店标准:制定门店陈列标准及门店标准检查机制 Define and enforce store standards, including visual merchandising guidelines and store inspection procedures..
