岗位职责
(1)负责收集和分析投标请求并统筹开展项目投标工作,根据客户需求协调团队内部跨部门工作,进行项目评估与测算,负责商务标书的编制、并牵头整体标书编制;牵头标后澄清整体组织、负责商务部分澄清内容;中标后负责组织合同评审、合同谈判工作。
Responsible for collecting and analyzing bid requests and coordinating the bidding process for projects. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration based on client requirements, conduct project evaluation and cost estimation, and prepare bid documents, taking the lead in overall bid compilation. Lead post-bid clarification organization and manage clarification of commercial content. After winning the bid, organize contract review and contract negotiation.
实时跟进投标项目情况,掌握目标行业和竞争对手动态,在项目售前过程中确保竞争优势,定期完成投标项目分析总结。
Monitor the progress of bidding projects in real time, stay updated on target industry and competitor activities, ensure a competitive edge during the pre-sales phase, and regularly complete analysis and summaries of bidding projects..
(3)维护项目商务数据库,组织商务流程及相关文件按时闭环、归档。
Maintain the project business database, ensure timely closure and archiving of business processes and related documents.
(4)完成上级领导和公司交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks as assigned by senior management and the company.
