现场质量工程师

职位重点： 负责二次配项目的现场质量管理，onsite半导体芯片FAB厂； 有洁净室项目质量经验； 电气专业方向1人；机械/工艺方向1人；1. Enforce the Company Safety and Quality Policy on site during QAQC and pay due diligence to all safety and quality aspects at all other times. 2. To provide Quality Services in accordance with Owner Specifications and / or local regulations and management of the Quality Program to ensure Comprehensive Quality of Execution for Customer’s Satisfaction. 3. Implement and comply with Project Quality Plan and other project procedures. 4. Review and follow up of the sub-contractors’ Project Quality Plan and relevant Quality Documentation and ensure their proper execution. 5. Issues and tracking of NCRs properly closure on a daily basis. 6. Perform QOMBWA (Quality Observation Management by Walk Around) on daily basis. 7. Supports/ coordinates Mock-ups/Samples. 8. Escalation path for Exentec relevant QM. 9. Attend mutual quality Walks with partners (Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Jianli, Third Party, Owner), perform inspection as required. 10. Perform the audits to validate and confirm suppliers/sub-contractors quality activities. 11. Perform Quality related Training for project partners including Subcontractors. 12. Coordinate or conduct equipment/material, construction activities inspection. 13. Carry out Off-Site Prefabrication Audits (Source Inspection) as scheduled. 14. Prepare or assist the project to prepare the handover documents as required. 15. Accept project arrangement and business travel trip.
