1）What’s the purpose of the position: •To conduct strategic sourcing and daily supply activities to achieve business goals of Hilti (China) Ltd. ; •Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and other sourcing managers to ensure strategy supports policy, required service level platforms and delivers maximum economic value. 2）What You‘ll do： Create and implement sourcing strategies oTo create and build up supply market and technology knowledge and trends, including establishing contacts with potential and existing suppliers and drive strategic alliances for technology development and continuous improvements in outsourcing, quality delivery, and total integral cost. oTo formulate Commodity Strategies linking internal product/technology roadmap with market/supplier business/technology roadmaps to provide long-term strategic advantages and maintain the cost competitive supply base in each commodity; oTo manage the strategic sourcing process, SMOB, Supplier integration into development and confidentiality assurance processes to ensure timely involvement of correct and qualified suppliers throughout the business chain. Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services Supplier sourcing, pricing benchmark & negotiation and supplier selection Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated in workflow Keeping the material Prices accurate and updated in workflow and SAP Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
