Team Leader of Materials Management (PMC)

1）What’s the purpose of the position: •Plan and manage execution of the integral goods flow from suppliers to RDC’s/ marketing organizations with objective to have finished products available in the RDC’s/MOs when the customers need them against optimal overall supply chain cost. •Review and optimize existing end to end supply processes from planning to delivery including demand planning, weekly scheduling, purchasing and delivery. 2）What You‘ll do： •To develop, coach and lead a strong local pool of logistics experts in the fields of: oAvailability management oProduction planning oMaterial Management (Procurement) oWarehousing (nice to have, depends on people competence) •To manage the supply chain planning and execution process, linking the marketing organizations’ demand forecast, the supplier delivery capabilities and the plant production capabilities with objective to realize the business objectives regarding sales, customer service and inventory levels. • •Responsible for the logistics performance of the plant in terms of Fx, ICLa, RM and FG inventories kept in ZhanJiang plant Product availability and inventories level in RDCs which implemented VMI with our plant. • •Maintain related item master data to ensure correct information for planning • •Drive lean activities in responsible area (CIP, VSM, VSD…) • •Ensure that the relevant regulations(e.g. EHS), internal standards and corporate policies(e.g. CoC) are well implemented and communicated in the function dept. to make sure the compliance. 3）What You’ll Bring： •Bachelor degree in supply chain mgt, MBA preferred. •Excellent spoken and written English •Very strong logic thinking and Impactful communication skills ; •Synergize resource capabilities; •digitalization and automation experience will be highly preferred. •Min. 5 years Working knowledge of multi-national companies supply chai. management, and minimum 2 years in managerial position. 4）What’s In It for You ： •Interacting with an international team and global network, cooperating with Hilti organizations across different countries and regions. •Internal development opportunities (both local and global): a mature and structured career development pathway customized according to individual career interests and goals •Work in the company certificated Great Place To Work. •Caring and Performance-oriented Culture. •Competitive Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits. •Located in a living-friendly coastal city with convenient commuting.
