1.安全生产管理：负责制定、完善、执行公司的安全生产管理制度，包括安全生产规章制度、事故应急预案、安全检查、隐患排查、安全培训等方面。 2.安全生产检查：负责组织和实施安全生产检查，发现和排查安全生产隐患，制订整改措施并跟踪落实。 3.安全培训：组织和实施安全生产培训，包括初次培训、定期培训、专项培训和应急演练等，以提高员工的安全意识和技能。 4.安全事故应急处理：组织和指导安全事故应急处理，及时控制事故扩大范围，保障人员安全，减少损失。 5.安全技术支持：开展安全技术研究和推广应用，提高安全生产技术水平，制定安全技术标准和规范，提供技术咨询和服务。 6.安全监督管理：负责对公司各岗位、车间、生产线的安全生产情况进行监督管理，及时发现和纠正不安全行为，提高安全管理水平。 7.安全资料管理：负责建立安全档案和资料管理系统，保证安全资料的完整性、准确性和保密性。 8.其他相关工作：根据公司安排，承担其他与安全生产管理相关的工作。

学历:本科及以上学历，安全、环境等相关专业。 语言：英语听说读写中级 工作经验: -5年以上EHS管理经验，3年及以上食品外资企业EHS管理工作经验，具备EHS管理体系建设经验者优先。 - 具备EHS管理体系建设经验者优先; 个人技能: -责任心、抗压能力强 - 积极的工作态度及良好的团队协助精神 -熟练使用个人电脑、微软办公软件和电子邮件 - 持有注册安全工程师或危化品安全管理合格证优先。 Responsibility: 1. Safety Production Management: Responsible for formulating, improving, and implementing the company's safety production management system, including safety production rules and regulations, accident emergency plans, safety inspections, hazard investigation, safety training, and other aspects. 2. Safety production inspection: Responsible for organizing and implementing safety production inspections, identifying and troubleshooting safety production hazards, developing corrective measures, and tracking their implementation. 3. Safety training: Organize and implement safety production training, including initial training, regular training, specialized training, and emergency drills, to enhance employees' safety awareness and skills. 4. Emergency handling of safety accidents: Organize and guide emergency handling of safety accidents, timely control the expansion of accident scope, ensure personnel safety, and reduce losses. 5. Safety technology support: Conduct research and promotion of safety technology, improve the level of safety production technology, formulate safety technology standards and specifications, and provide technical consultation and services. 6. Safety supervision and management: Responsible for supervising and managing the safety production situation of various positions, workshops, and production lines in the company, timely detecting and correcting unsafe behaviors, and improving the level of safety management. 7. Security Data Management: Responsible for establishing a security archive and data management system to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of security data. 8. Other related work: Undertake other work related to safety production management according to company arrangements. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety, environment, or related fields. Language: Spoken and written English Work experience: -At least 5 years of EHS management experience; Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG industry of in foreign enterprise, with experience in building an EHS management system is preferred. -Experience in building an EHSmanagement system is preferred; Personal Skills: -Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance -Positive work attitude and good teamwork spirit -Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft office software, and email -Priority given to holding a registered safety engineer or hazardous chemical safety management certificate
