Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in the strawberry central packing line and refrigeration equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Record the root causes, corrective actions, and materials used according to the fault log. Daily Inspection: Conduct routine equipment inspections and record operating conditions using the inspection checklist. Promptly address any abnormalities or escalate for support when necessary. Spare Parts Management: Prepare spare parts purchase requests based on on-site needs and maintain proper storage and inventory records to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. Communication: Maintain effective communication with equipment users to understand operational conditions, resolve usage issues, and improve equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
