Job Requirements for Foreign Trade Documentary Coordinator 1. International Trade, Business English, Logistics or related majors preferred. 2. 1+ year experience in foreign trade documentary, documentation or logistics; experience with industrial / chemical products is a plus. 3. Familiar with the full foreign trade process: order receiving, order checking, production arrangement, booking, customs declaration, customs clearance, cargo tracking, foreign exchange settlement, after-sales, etc. 4. CET-4 or above; fluent in written & spoken English; able to independently communicate with overseas clients via email or meetings. 5. Proficient in reading and writing business English letters, contracts and documents. 6. Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, etc.) and international logistics (sea, air, China-Europe Railway Express). 7. Skilled in preparing foreign trade documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, customs declaration files, etc. 8. Proficient in Office, email tools; able to do basic data statistics. 9. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure. 10. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise with clients, factories, freight forwarders and customs brokers. 11. Strong execution ability; able to follow up the whole order cycle and ensure on-time delivery.
