Position: Food Regulatory Specialist (Global Regulatory Research) Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the retrieval, sorting and in-depth research of food additive-related regulations in major global markets, and establish and maintain a standardized global food regulatory information database. Continuously track the update and iteration of food additive access regulations and safety standards in various countries/regions, timely release regulatory change interpretations and product compliance adaptation suggestions, and avoid overseas market access risks. Provide professional regulatory support for the company's product overseas layout, customs clearance compliance, market access and other work, assist in communicating with overseas compliance institutions, and confirm the core requirements of product compliance in each market. Organize and file the original global food regulatory documents, compliance judgment materials, interpretation reports and other files of various markets, and establish an efficient regulatory query and application process. Cooperate with cross-departmental teams such as customs clearance, sales and R&D, answer regulatory-related questions in overseas business, and provide targeted compliance solutions. Job Requirements Fluent in English, capable of independently retrieving overseas official regulatory documents in English, with proficient written and oral communication skills, and able to conduct professional exchanges with overseas compliance institutions. Possess solid ability in global food regulatory retrieval and research, with priority given to those familiar with mainstream international food additive regulations such as FDA, EFSA and Australia & New Zealand Food Standards. Understand the characteristics of the food additive industry, with priority given to candidates with work experience in food compliance and overseas market access. Possess strong information integration and logical analysis abilities, be meticulous and rigorous in work, and have a good awareness of compliance risk control and problem-solving ability. Prefer candidates with work experience in food industry regulatory research, cross-border food compliance and overseas access of food additives.
