Quality Management Specialist (Customer Complaint Handling + System Audit) Industry: Food Additives Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the full-process handling of global customer quality complaints for the company's food additive products, including complaint receipt, information verification, on-site investigation, root cause analysis, formulating and promoting the implementation of 8D/corrective and preventive measures, following up rectification closure and customer feedback, establishing a standardized customer complaint handling ledger and conducting regular reviews; Lead the establishment, maintenance and continuous optimization of the company's food safety management systems (FSSC22000/BRCGS/ISO9001, etc.), ensuring the systems comply with the regulatory requirements of the food additive industry and overseas market compliance standards; Organize internal and external system audits, communicate with third-party audit institutions, sort out non-conformities identified in audits, formulate rectification plans and track verification to ensure the smooth passing of audits; Compile, update and manage quality system-related documents (manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, etc.), supervise the implementation of the system by various departments, carry out internal quality system training, and strengthen the awareness of compliance and quality for all staff; Summarize customer complaint data and system audit results, output regular quality analysis reports, identify product/process quality risks from the perspective of complaints and audits, and drive cross-departmental quality improvement work in production, R&D, supply chain and other departments; Cooperate with the overseas business department to provide product quality compliance certificates, respond to customer quality audit requirements, and assist in completing customer factory audits and quality data docking. Job Requirements Fluent in English, capable of communicating with overseas customers and third-party audit institutions in English independently, with proficient written and oral communication skills, and able to compile English quality reports and complaint rectification plans independently; Familiar with the quality control requirements of the food additive industry, holding internal auditor certificates for FSSC22000/BRCGS/ISO9001 and other systems, with practical experience in internal and external system audits in the food industry is preferred; Having 1-3 years of overseas customer complaint handling experience in the food/food additive industry, proficient in using quality analysis tools such as 8D, 5Why, fishbone diagram, and able to independently promote the closure of complaint rectification; Possess strong problem investigation and root cause analysis capabilities, be meticulous and rigorous in work, and have a good awareness of quality risk control and cross-departmental collaborative communication skills; Understand the relevant quality regulations of global food additives and customer factory audit standards, experience in docking customer factory audits in the food additive industry is preferred; Have strong document compilation and data statistics capabilities, and be proficient in using Excel/PPT and other tools to output quality analysis reports.
