Job Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for the overall customs clearance process and implementation of the company's food additive products in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Netherlands. 2. Communicate with overseas lawyers/compliance agencies to determine the compliant HS codes of products in local customs, ensuring accurate classification in line with customs and food additive regulations of each country. 3. Be familiar with import/export customs clearance policies, food additive access standards and required compliance documents in the four countries, and avoid customs clearance risks. 4. Coordinate with domestic customs brokers, overseas agents and legal teams, follow up on customs clearance progress, and solve abnormal issues during clearance. 5. Organize and file customs clearance documents, HS code records and compliance files of each country, and establish standardized customs clearance procedures. Job Requirements 1. Fluent in English, capable of independently communicating with overseas lawyers and customs-related institutions in English with proficient written and oral skills. 2. Familiar with international trade and import/export customs clearance processes, with practical experience in customs clearance in one or more of the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Netherlands. 3. Prefer candidates with knowledge of compliance requirements for food additives, customs classification logic and HS code determination rules. 4. Have strong compliance awareness, problem-solving ability and cross-regional collaborative communication skills. 5. Prefer candidates with experience in cross-border trade compliance, customs classification or overseas legal liaison.
