Job Responsibilities 1. Assist with inbound operations for the company's overseas warehouses in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Netherlands. 2. Perform goods receipt in the SAP system to ensure system data matches actual warehouse receipts. 3. Conduct daily basic communication with overseas warehouses, follow up on inbound status, report exceptions, and confirm basic information. 4. Be responsible for reviewing logistics invoices from warehouses in the Netherlands and the U.S., verifying charges, documents, and service details. 5. File inbound records and invoice-related documents, and support finance in reconciliation and payment processes. Job Requirements 1. Fluent in written and spoken English for basic email and messaging communication. 2. Familiar with basic international trade / cross-border logistics processes; experience with overseas warehouse coordination is preferred. 3. Experience with SAP system, especially warehouse receipt and invoice verification, is a plus. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good data checking and reconciliation skills. 5. Able to accommodate overseas time zones to handle warehouse-related matters flexibly.
