物流专员

1. Responsible for managing order and shipment processing, logistics and provide linkage between business partner, Logistics Providers and company internal. Mainly deliver efforts on import and export customs clearance and order processing with PSI system. / 负责订单、发货、物流事宜，与业务伙伴、货代、内部沟通，主要是进出口海关申报、PSI 订单处理 2. Arrange shipment timely for domestics and international transportation according to the production plan / 按照生产计划及时安排发货 3. Required to liase with forwarder, carrier and local government agencies to ensure conformance for product shipment / 联系货代、运输部门及政府部门，确保运输符合性 4. Control the logistics cost / 控制物流成本 5. Handle order process in PSI system (customer creation, quotation &order entry, delivery notes and invoice process) / PSI 订单处理（新建客户、报价、订单录入、发货及开票） 6. Review and approval of customs tariff codes applicable to new products imported and exported / 进出口货物申报要素确认 7. Prepare customs documents for clearance and applying for customs license & certification and make sure correctness and meeting compliance with customs regulation / 准备清关文件、申请报关许可证、证书，确保报关资料正确并符合海关要求 8. Track and follow up export documents needed for export tax refund / 出口退税相关文件 9. Handle customs tax payment online system / 关税在线支付 10. Handle orders and coordinate projects with group company business / 订单处理，集团业务协调 11. Keep well communication and relationship with related government / 与相关政府部门保持沟通，维持良好关系 12. Other tasks moderately required by Operation Manager/ 其他运营经理指定的任务

1. 国际贸易、物料、供应链管理或相关专业本科或以上学历 College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline. 2. 至少三年物流、进出口操作经验 At least 3 years working experience in logistics and/or import & export operation related 3. 有保税区和进料加工相关工作经验者优先考虑 Candidates with hands-on working experience in bonded zones and processing with imported materials are strongly preferred 4. 物流、订单实现过程相关知识 Knowledge of Logistics and order fulfilment processes 5. 精通办公软件和 ERP 系统 Good knowledge /skills in MS Office and ERP system 6. 英语口语流利，读写熟练 Good spoken English communication, good reading and writing 7. 优秀的沟通能力，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力 Having excellent communication skills, strong responsibility under pressure
