Engage in a 12~24-month job rotation program to lead or participate in high-visibility cross-functional projects spanning Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Planning & Fulfillment across multiple sits and cultures. 2. Collaborate with international teams to implement best practices, drive efficiency, and enhance operational performance. 3. Analyze manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for cost reduction, productivity gains and digital transformation. 4. Engage with stakeholders from different cultural and professional backgrounds to align operational goals with business objectives. 5. Support the development and execution of global operations initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Master’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Automation), Software/ AI/Digital. Education from top-tier overseas universities is preferred. 2. At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience to drive operational excellence in multinational manufacturing companies. Diverse functional experience in Operation areas is advantageous. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 4. Flexible geographical location and willing to work overseas 5. Good level in Learning agility, Problem solving, Resilience and Career ambitions 6. Strong analytical skills and system thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. 7.
