业务跟单员

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities 1. 作为指定对接客户的专属接口人，同步客户需求、协调内部资源响应客户诉求，维护稳定的客户合作关系 / Serve as the dedicated interface for assigned customers, communicate customer requirements, coordinate internal resources to respond to customer demands, and maintain stable cooperative relationships with clients. 2. 负责客户订单全流程处理，完成订单信息审核、系统录入及内部流转，确保订单信息准确无误 / Take charge of the full-process processing of customer orders, complete order information review, system entry and internal circulation, and ensure the accuracy of order information. 3. 全链路跟进客户订单生产备货进度，联动生产、仓储等部门排查交付风险，保障订单按时交付 / Track the whole progress of customer order production and stock preparation, coordinate with production, warehousing and other departments to identify delivery risks, and ensure on-time delivery of orders. 4. 统筹客户发货安排，核对发货单据、协调物流资源，跟进货物签收状态，完成交付全闭环 / Arrange customer delivery plans, verify shipping documents, coordinate logistics resources, track cargo signing status, and complete the closed-loop delivery process. 5. 定期与客户完成往来账务核对，跟进回款节点相关的账务确认工作，保障双方账款数据一致 / Conduct regular account balance checks with customers, follow up on account confirmation related to payment collection nodes, and ensure the consistency of account data between both parties. 6. 负责采购订单流程处理，跟进供应商采购订单交付进度，管控未结采购订单的到货节奏，匹配生产及客户交付需求 / Handle purchase order processing, track the delivery progress of supplier purchase orders, manage the arrival schedule of open purchase orders, and align with production and customer delivery requirements. 7. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作任务 / Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.

/ Job Requirements 1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，供应链、国际贸易、工商管理类相关专业优先 / College degree or above, no major restriction; candidates with majors in supply chain, international trade, business administration are preferred. 2. 具备1年以上制造行业业务跟单、订单协调相关工作经验，熟悉订单全流程运作逻辑 / With more than 1 year of relevant working experience in business merchandising or order coordination in the manufacturing industry, familiar with the operation logic of the full order process. 3. 具备良好的中英文读写能力，可顺畅处理中英文订单、邮件及日常业务对接 / Proficient in Chinese and English reading and writing skills, able to smoothly handle Chinese and English orders, emails and daily business communication. 4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的ERP系统操作能力，能独立完成订单数据统计与台账维护 / Skilled in using Office software, with basic ERP system operation ability, capable of independently completing order data statistics and ledger maintenance. 5. 工作严谨细致，具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力与问题跟进意识，能主动推进交付异常问题解决 / Rigorous and careful in work, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills as well as problem follow-up awareness, able to proactively promote the resolution of delivery abnormalities. 6. 具备良好的责任心与抗压能力，可适应多订单并行的工作节奏，对交付时效与数据准确性有高标准要求 / With a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to the work rhythm of parallel processing of multiple orders, and hold high standards for delivery timeliness and data accuracy. 登录查看完整内容
