Quality Engineer

About this Position (Job Summary) 1. 负责支持烟台工厂的日常质量运营工作。通过管理偏差、执行根本原因 分析以及推动持续改进，确保产品符合内部标准和客户要求。与跨职能 团队紧密合作，解决生产线层面的问题并实施可持续的质量改进措施。 Supports daily quality operations for one or more production lines in Guangzhou Site. Ensures product compliance with internal standards and customer requirements by managing deviations, executing root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement. Works closely with cross functional teams to resolve line-level issues and implement sustainable quality actions. 2. 主导日常问题解决和预防性质量措施，以确保出厂产品质量可靠。运用 结构化质量工具（A3、8D、六西格玛、FRPS）处理不符合项、不合格 批次及物料偏差。与跨职能团队协作，通过培训和指导实施改进措施、 确保合规，并提升质量能力。 Leads daily problem-solving and preventive quality actions at site level to ensure robust outgoing quality. Applies structured quality tools (A3, 8D, Six Sigma, FRPS) to address nonconformities, out-of-spec batches, and material deviations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, enforce compliance, and build quality capability through training and coaching. 3. 负责管理投诉处理、报告编制及客户文件工作，以支持客户的质量项 目。与经理及跨职能团队紧密合作，解决问题并确保符合标准和客户要 求。 Supports customer quality programs by managing complaint handling, reporting, and customer documentation. Works closely with the manager and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements. What you’ll do (Responsibilities / Accountabilities) 1. 参与新产品导入、变更(MOC)及相关质量策划活动。 Participate in new product introductions, MOC, and related quality planning activities. 2. 参与PFMEA及过程风险评估，并落实风险控制措施(CP)。 Participate in PFMEA and process risk assessments, and implement risk control measures(CP). 3. 负责生产现场质量管理，推动质量标准(CTQ)的执行与持续改进。 Responsible for quality management on the production floor, driving the implementation of quality standards(CTQ) and continuous improvement. 4. 负责内部质量问题(A3, FRPS, 5Why)及客户投诉(CCMS 8D)的调查、分析、跟 踪与关闭。 Responsible for investigating, analyzing, tracking, and resolving internal quality issues(A3, FRPS, 5Why) and customer complaints (CCMS 8D). 5. 运用统计分析工具识别质量问题根因，推动纠正与预防措施落实。 Utilizes statistical analysis tools to identify the root causes of quality issues and drives the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 6. 负责SPC/SQC管理，监控过程稳定性并推动异常问题改善。 Responsible for SPC/SQC management, monitoring process stability, and driving improvements to address anomalies. 7. 管理隔离库存及不合格品处置，协调返工、放行及改善措施实施。 Manages blocked inventory and handling of nonconforming products, coordinates rework, release, and the implementation of improvement measures. 8. 作为客户质量接口，支持客户沟通、审核、质量评审及客户要求管理。 As the customer quality liaison, support customer communication, audits, quality reviews, and customer requirement management. 9. 维护客户质量文件和质量数据，确保报告及相关资料及时准确提交。 Maintain customer quality documentation and quality data, ensuring that reports and related materials are submitted in a timely and accurate manner. 10. 推动客户质量及制造过程持续改进(FTR等)，降低质量风险并提升客户满意 度。 Drive continuous improvement in customer quality and manufacturing processes (FTR, etc.) to reduce quality risks and enhance customer satisfaction. 11. 主导或参与质量改善项目、内部审核及质量体系持续优化。 Lead or participate in quality improvement projects, internal audits, and the continuous improvement of the quality system. 12. 协助质量经理推动跨部门协作，达成质量目标并确保质量问题及时升级处 理。 Assist the Quality Manager in fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve quality objectives and ensure that quality issues are promptly escalated and addressed. What makes you a good fit (Required Qualifications& Skills and Desired Experience) 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or related field. 2. >3 years experience in manufacturing quality management 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment. 4. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and APQP/PPAP; DOE knowledge is a plus. 5. Familiarity with VDA 6.3 process audit requirement is preferred. 6. Experienced IATF16949 or ISO9001 internal auditor is preferred. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 8. High sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
