In this role, you will provide technical expertise and application support to customers, distributors and sales teams. You will help identify customer needs, deliver machining solutions, solve technical challenges and support business growth by creating clear value for customers. 我们正在寻找一位积极主动的刀具应用工程师加入中国团队。该岗位将为客户、经销商及销售团队提供专业的技术支持和应用解决方案，帮助识别客户需求、解决加工技术问题、推动项目实施，并通过为客户创造价值来支持业务增长。 Key Responsibilities As an Application Specialist, you will: • Provide technical support and application guidance for Sandvik Coromant cutting tools and machining solutions. • Work closely with Account Managers to support customer development, project implementation and sales opportunities. • Analyze customer needs and machining challenges, and propose suitable tool selections, process improvements and integrated solutions. • Conduct product trials, testing, troubleshooting and on-site technical support to ensure successful implementation. • Deliver technical training and application support to customers, distributors and internal teams. • Promote new products, technologies and digital solutions to create customer value. • Collect market and competitor information and share insights to support business development. 作为应用工程师，您将负责： • 为山特维克可乐满切削刀具产品及加工解决方案提供技术支持和应用指导。 • 与客户经理紧密合作，支持客户开发、项目推进及销售机会转化。 • 分析客户需求和加工痛点，提供合适的刀具选型、工艺优化及综合解决方案。 • 负责产品试切、测试验证、技术问题排查及现场支持，确保方案顺利实施。 • 为客户、经销商及内部团队开展技术培训和应用支持。 • 推广新产品、新技术和数字化解决方案，为客户创造价值。 • 收集市场及竞争信息，分享相关洞察以支持业务发展。 Your Profile We believe you have: • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a related field. • At least five years of experience in cutting tool applications, machining processes or relevant technical roles. • Solid knowledge of metal cutting, machining processes and tool application. • Experience in customer-facing technical support, project implementation or application engineering. • Good teamwork, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good written and spoken English skills are preferred. 我们希望您具备： • 机械工程、制造工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 • 五年以上切削刀具应用、机械加工工艺或相关技术岗位经验。 • 熟悉金属切削加工工艺，具备扎实的刀具应用技术能力。 • 具备面向客户的技术支持、项目实施或应用工程相关经验。 • 具备良好的团队协作、沟通及相关方管理能力。 • 具备良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力者优先。 Our Culture Innovation is in our DNA.
