•业务与解决方案架构：将业务目标、流程、非功能需求和合规要求转化为软件能力、服务边界与解决方案蓝图。 | Translate business goals, processes, NFRs and compliance needs into software capabilities, service boundaries and solution blueprints. •应用与平台架构：规划ERP/BIP、CRM、WMS、LIMS、ELN、MES、成本、数据平台、知识库及Qianxun AI OS等系统的应用边界、共享能力和演进路径。 | Define application boundaries, shared capabilities and evolution paths across enterprise platforms and Qianxun AI OS. •云原生与分布式架构：基于场景选择模块化单体、微服务、容器、Serverless、缓存、消息和事件驱动模式，避免过度设计。 | Select fit-for-purpose modular monolith, microservices, containers, serverless, caching, messaging and event-driven patterns. •集成与API架构：建立API优先、领域事件、接口契约、版本、幂等、错误处理和可追踪标准，降低点对点耦合。 | Establish API-first, event, contract, versioning, idempotency, error handling and traceability standards. •数据与AI应用架构：设计数据访问、语义层、RAG、知识图谱、模型服务、Agent编排、工具调用、评测、可观测性和人工监督。 | Design data access, semantic layers, RAG, knowledge graphs, model services, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability and human oversight. •安全与合规设计：落实身份、授权、密钥、加密、审计、隐私、数据分级、威胁建模和安全开发生命周期，满足医药监管要求。 | Embed identity, authorization, secrets, encryption, audit, privacy, threat modeling and secure SDLC for regulated environments. •可靠性与性能工程：定义容量、延迟、可用性、RTO/RPO、降级、限流、熔断、灾备、SLO和可观测性要求。 | Define capacity, latency, availability, RTO/RPO, degradation, rate limiting, circuit breaking, DR, SLOs and observability. •架构治理与交付指导：建立参考架构、技术标准、技术雷达、ADR和评审机制，参与关键设计与代码评审。 | Maintain reference architectures, standards, technology radar, ADRs and reviews, including critical design and code reviews. •DevSecOps与平台工程：推动CI/CD、基础设施即代码、自动化测试、制品与依赖治理、环境标准化和开发者平台。 | Advance CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, artifact governance, standardized environments and developer platforms. •技术债与现代化：治理软件资产、依赖、版本和技术债，推动遗留系统解耦、重构、替换和云化。 | Govern software assets, dependencies, versions and debt; drive legacy modernization and cloud adoption.

•本科及以上学历；计算机科学、软件工程、信息系统、自动化或相关专业。 | Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information systems, automation or related field. •通常具备8年以上软件设计与开发经验，其中3年以上软件、解决方案或平台架构经验。 | Typically 8+ years in engineering, including 3+ years in software, solution or platform architecture. •精通至少一种主流技术栈，具备扎实的领域建模、分布式系统、数据库、缓存、消息、API和性能工程能力。 | Deep expertise in a mainstream stack and strong domain modeling, distributed systems, database, messaging, API and performance skills. •熟悉公有云/混合云、容器与Kubernetes、DevSecOps、可观测性、韧性和安全开发。 | Experienced with cloud, containers, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability, resilience and secure development. •熟悉生成式AI、RAG、向量数据库、模型服务、Agent框架、评测和AI安全治理者优先。 | Generative AI, RAG, vector database, model serving, agent, evaluation and AI governance experience preferred. •具备医药、CRO/CDMO、实验室、制造或受监管系统及GxP、CSV/CSA经验者优先。 | Life-sciences, laboratory, manufacturing, regulated systems, GxP or CSV/CSA experience preferred. •具备系统思维、技术判断、结构化表达、跨团队影响和辅导能力；中英文工作能力优先。 | Strong systems thinking, judgment, communication, influence and coaching; bilingual capability preferred.
