1.战略规划与体系搭建 承接公司智能制造战略，制定自动化年度规划与目标。搭建适配多品种、小批量的柔性自动化体系，完善标准流程，支撑产能提升与降本提质。 2.产线建设与项目管理 统筹自动化产线、工装、检测设备的规划、开发与量产导入。优化产线配置，推进新旧产线迭代，动态管控项目进度，快速响应生产及工艺异常。 3.设备管控与效能优化 负责设备全生命周期管理，管控设备良率、OEE及运行风险。落实设备维保、验收标准化，推进设备升级优化，降低运维与生产成本。 4.产研联动与跨部门协同 对接研发、工艺、生产、品质，落地自动化适配方案。优化柔性生产配置，动态调配资源，保障新品量产及订单波动交付稳定。 5.现场运维与异常管控 统筹自动化现场规范化管理，处理设备及生产异常，复盘问题并固化改善机制，保障产线稳定运行。 6.团队建设与标准化管理 搭建自动化人才梯队，完善部门SOP及供应商管理体系，管控项目预算，打造高效专业自动化团队。

1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、自动化、电气工程、精密仪器等工科专业；硕士优先； 2. 10 年及以上精密制造自动化 / 设备工程经验，有非标自动化整机开发、产线自动化整线导入、新建工厂智能制造规划落地完整项目操盘经验； 3. 精通非标自动化方案设计、精密运动控制、机器视觉、伺服 / PLC 控制系统、机构仿真、样机验证、量产导入、设备标准化等； 4. 有100人+自动化团队管理经验，多厂区自动化项目协同经验优先。 Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning and System Development Inherit the company's intelligent manufacturing strategy and formulate annual automation plans and objectives. Establish a flexible automation system suitable for high-mix, low-volume production, improve standard processes, and support capacity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Production Line Construction and Project Management Oversee the planning, development, and mass production introduction of automated production lines, tooling, and inspection equipment. Optimize production line configurations, advance the iteration of new and old production lines, dynamically control project progress, and quickly respond to production and process abnormalities. Equipment Control and Efficiency Optimization Be responsible for the full lifecycle management of equipment, and control equipment yield, OEE, and operational risks. Implement standardized equipment maintenance and acceptance, promote equipment upgrades and optimization, and reduce operation and maintenance costs as well as production costs. R&D Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with R&D, process, production, and quality teams to implement automation adaptation solutions. Optimize flexible production configurations, dynamically allocate resources, and ensure stable delivery during new product mass production and order fluctuations. On-site Operations and Exception Control Oversee standardized on-site automation management, handle equipment and production abnormalities, review issues, and solidify improvement mechanisms to ensure stable production line operation. Team Building and Standardized Management Build an automation talent pipeline, improve departmental SOPs and the supplier management system, control project budgets, and build an efficient and professional automation team. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in engineering majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Precision Instruments; master's degree preferred. 10 years or more of experience in precision manufacturing automation / equipment engineering, with complete project leadership experience in non-standard automation complete machine development, automated production line integration and introduction, and intelligent manufacturing planning and implementation for new factories. Proficient in non-standard automation solution design, precision motion control, machine vision, servo / PLC control systems, mechanism simulation, prototype verification, mass production introduction, equipment standardization, etc. Experience managing an automation team of 100+ people; experience in multi-factory automation project coordination is preferred.
